Isaiah

The book of Isaiah is a prophetic book that warns of judgment for sin and rebellion while also offering a message of hope for future restoration and salvation through a coming Messiah. It addresses the Kingdom of Judah, predicting both the coming destruction by foreign enemies and the eventual purification and restoration of a remnant of Israel under a righteous king. Key themes include God's holiness, the establishment of a new Jerusalem, a new exodus, and prophecies about the birth, life, death, and return of the Messiah.
