The Manner of the Kingdom
A lost book referenced in 1 Kingdoms 10:25. Probably lost during the Destruction of Israel by Assyrian Empire if not duirng the Fall of Jerusalem by Babylonian Empire.
The prophet Samuel explained the rights and duties of kingship to the people, wrote them down in a scroll, and then deposited it before the Lord. He then dismissed the people to return to their homes. This passage marks the formal establishment of the monarchy in Israel following Saul's anointing.
